Factory direct supply coated duplex paper machine
Description
This coated duplex paper machine designed and manufactured by the Company can meet the requirements of industry standards, the agreement requirements and quality standards reached by both parties, and the guarantee of special important process indexes. The configuration of the machine can reach the predetermined production capacity, and the internal and visual performance requirements of the paper machine shall be considered. The equipment is completely carefully designed, carefully manufactured, new, reliable in quality, and has not been used as an advanced equipment.
Wire section of this coated duplex paper machine ensures pulp volume. CD direction basic weight difference range guarantee no more than 1%.
CD direction moisture range guarantees no more than 1%. Out put of this machine reaches 300T/D, when produce coating paper of 180gsm at working speed 330m/min.
This coated duplex paper machine meets the requirements of industry standards to ensure equipment performance.
Main parts production requirements:
1. Headbox: equip with the required control system.
2. Dewatering element: FRP base panel inlaid with all ceramics (99%Al2O3), hardness HRa ≥ 79, bending strength ≥ 400 MPA,(to be confirm by buyer) this machine ceramic panel adopts Fujian xingguang products. Box body requirements: 304 stainless steel welding and heat treatment to prevent deforming.
3. Rolls cover rubber requirements: Jumbo press roll, sizing machine roll adopts Deqin’s rubber , other rolls adopt Zhongtian’s rubber. The rubber life is according to the warranty period of the rubber cover factory, and attached with the quality assurance regulations of the rubber factory.
